Art. 1. III. Protection of personal data
Art. 3. (1) The Provider, through the Website, collects, stores and processes personal data of the Users only in connection with its activities, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.

(2) The User's personal data may be used to authenticate and carry out communication in the event of inquiries made or job applications generated, to provide advertising content tailored to the interests of the User, to send the Newsletter in the event that the User has provided his consent to receive such, statistical information on the use of the Website, to protect the information security of the Website, for accounting purposes in connection with the use of the Provider's services, to ensure the provision of

Art. 5. By using the Website, the Recipient expressly agrees that the Provider has the right to process his/her personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions available at https://proper.media/terms-of-use/.

The Provider shall not disclose, sell, exchange or in any other way make available to third parties the information that the Website collects during the User's visits, except when required to do so under applicable law and/or by a proper authority authorized by law, but always in compliance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
